Delivery Policy
Deliveries complete boxed scooters purchased online
Deliveries are not free and quoted upon request.
All Deliveries are expected to be received between 3-10 business working days with our choice of courier.
All Deliveries will have a tracking number and goods are signed upon being received by courier of our choice. Products are not insured unless requested.

Eccoscooter is responsible for the lost boxes, so if the box is lost leave a message at support@eccoscooter.com.
If the order is taken until 13.00, then it is delivered on the same day.
The goods are only insured when it comes about very serious damage.
We deliver only in EU countries. If you want to buy the electric bike without VAT, please choose “shipping from China”. VAT will be automatically deducted from the selling price when you place the order. Don’t worry, actually we will ship it from Poland.
A tracking number will be provided after the E-bike is sent.
The weight of the box depends on the type of E-bike you buy. The logistics team will contact you or send a SMS to the recipient. Please confirm and leave us a correct address when you place the order, so that the E-bike is delivered to the address you provided.
If the customer does not respond or is not available to receive the order, the courier will deliver it again the next day in the afternoon. The logistics team informs us about this problem, likewise. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will help you. If the box was lost, please contact us, we will refund the money or resend you another item. Don’t worry about the damaged box problem, we have already tested it, so the ebike is packed properly. If the logistical reason is the cause that the electric bike is scratched, we will refund some of your money.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across UE, however unfortunately there are certain locations that we are unable to deliver to.
Eccoscooter is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.

Large Orders
Orders that weigh over 20 kg may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
Our Customer Service Team will contact you prior to shipment.

Authority to Leave
When the ‘Authority to leave’ option is selected at the Check Out, your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order.
Please note in this case Eccoscooter will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
Should the courier not accept an ”Authority to Leave” request and no one is available to sign for the order a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day.

Public Holidays
When a delivery is scheduled on a public holiday, it will occur on the next business day.

Delivery Windows
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can track your delivery using the selected courier
Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.

During the ‘wet season’, deliveries may take longer due to adverse weather conditions.

Please note that the courier requires us to allow three business days after the final day of expected delivery before we may contact them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation may take up to 10 business days to resolve.

If an item is deemed to be ‘Delivered’ by the courier and you have not received the item, you will be required to contact the courier directly.

All items shipped by Eccoscooter are not insured for loss and damage. If insurance is required this request needs to be emailed to us at the time of ordering and may be an additional cost at the time of quoting.

Warranty Information
We offer 12 months warranty on battery and motor, and 6 months warranty on other accessories. Please note the following exemptions regarding the warranty: 1. We are not responsible / we will not pay for any damage caused by the customer to the item. 2. Replacement Tires are not included in the warranty.
